I did not exercise on day five. My body really needed the rest.
I did go off-plan on food, but it was a controlled kind of detour. I decided to treat myself but I reigned it in, and I still have averaged a sufficient calorie differential over the week (I shoot for an average of 1,200 per day). So that's fine.
My new year's resolution is to learn how to finish things. Never done that before. Sad, yeah. Hopefully weight loss will be among them. That would be freakin' sweet.
